nabu currently only deliver within the UK. If you would like your babygrow delivered to Europe or the rest of the World please contact nabu at info@nabu.co.uk

All orders are despatched using Royal Mail registered or recorded delivery. We aim to deliver all UK orders within 3 working days.

Exchange and returns:

We hope you love your nabu products. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we are happy to exchange or refund any item purchased within 14 days of receipt. All goods must be unworn, unwashed and in resalable condition with the swing ticket(s) still attached. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and state the reason for the return and if you would like an exchange or refund. Returns must be sent back by recorded delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. nabu will endeavour to send your exchanged order or refund your credit card within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that we are unable to refund any item without a full receipt.
