How does nabu baby work?

Everything you see or buy on nabu.co.uk comes direct from the business that designs and makes it. We simply bring these businesses together making it easy for you to shop and browse hundreds of shops in one place. Whether the items you're buying are coming from one or several sellers, you're able to pay for them all in one easy checkout. Once your order has been placed, each seller will ship your items to you.

How do I find products on the site?

We've made it easy for you to find exactly what you're looking for with our browse and search facilities.

If you're looking for a specific item, use the search facility at the top of the products pages. Simply enter your search term and click the magnifying glass.

Otherwise, choose either to browse Shop Baby, Shop Child or Shop by Age from any of our website pages for original ideas. Each department is divided into categories making it really easy to find your way around.

Orders & Delivery

What postal services do you use?

Products offered for sale at nabu.co.uk are intended solely for UK residents only. All orders are dispatched using 1st class Royal Mail, Registered or Recorded Delivery.

Each order is sent directly from the individual seller who created it, so please note that delivery times may vary from seller to seller. Please note, if you have purchased products from multiple sellers, then you will receive more than one package.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times vary according to the seller. Delivery information is displayed here below and on each individual product page. Unless an item is being specially made / personalised for you, then delivery is normally within five to seven working days, often much sooner. However please allow 10 days before contacting us about none delivery as some orders do take longer because of supplier delays.

Unexpected delays with Delivery

All of our sellers take pride in giving a great service, and that includes efficient delivery. However, there are rare occasions where external factors completely outside of their control can delay a parcel, despite their best endeavours, so we do ask for your patience and co-operation in these circumstances. Please allow 10 days before contacting us about none delivery as some orders do take longer because of supplier delays.

Is your site secure?

Buying nabu baby products online is quick, easy, convenient and safe. We do not store your credit/debit card details, all online transactions are dealt with by Sage Pay. Sage Pay use the most secure encryption technology available to ensure that your personal details and credit card information remain safe at all times. nabu.co.uk also displays the VeriSign Trust Seal verifying our identity. The seal verification page displays our business information and encryption information, and confirms that our web site has passed a daily malware scan, helping our customers to feel safe from search to browse to buy. Combined with a closed padlock and https displayed in the URL the seal also means that nabu.co.uk is secured by a VeriSign SSL Certificate. We have also introduced Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode to support our already high levels of fraud screening and to provide security for our customers giving peace of mind when shopping online. What is Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode?

This is a relatively new security progamme from Visa and MasterCard that has been put in place to protect you from unauthorised use of your card when shopping online. It is an additional security measure that will appear before completing a purchase.

Returns & Refunds

What is your Returns Policy?

We hope you love your nabu baby products. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we are happy to exchange or refund items based on our policy below.

Cancellation Policy - all products can be returned by the customer to the seller as per the ‘Distance Selling Regulations’ for a full refund (including the initial delivery charges). You may cancel your order (or any part of it) for any reason before delivery or within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. The cancellation period ends after the 7 working days of receipt of the goods. The customer will not have the right to cancel in respect of certain distance contracts, for example - for the supply of goods which by means of their nature cannot be returned (e.g. personalised goods). The product item(s) must be returned to the respective seller(s) before any refund/exchange is issued.

Refunds & Returns Policy (post 7 day cooling-off period see above) - all non-personalised products that are faulty can be returned by the customer for an exchange/full refund (including the initial delivery charges). All non-personalised products that are unwanted can be returned for an exchange/full refund (not including the initial delivery charges). All products that are an incorrect size can be returned by the customer for an exchange/full refund (not including the initial delivery charges). The product item(s) must be returned to the respective seller(s) before any refund/exchange is issued and within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

If you would like to arrange to refund/exchange your order, please email orders@nabu.co.uk within the specified time period above and we will guide you through the process. All goods must be unworn, unwashed and in resalable condition with the swing ticket(s) still attached. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and state the reason for the return and if you would like an exchange or refund. Returns must be sent back by recorded delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. We will endeavour to send your exchanged order or refund your credit card within 7 working days of receiving the returned goods. Please note that we are unable to refund any item without a full receipt.

Please note, not all products are returnable, so please do read the above policy’s carefully before ordering.

What do I do if I need to return products to multiple sellers?

If you have ordered from more than one seller and you would like to return multiple items that are from different sellers you will need to post your returns packages to the individual seller at their business address. Please see our returns and refunds policy for more information.
